Customer Note/Update Issue.
It has been brought to our attention that customer notes (tracking numbers, etc.) are not being emailed. We are currently working to resolve this issue and hope to have it fixed soon. If you have made an account with us, there is an easy work around listed below, if not you can email us with your order number and we will send you the tracking details.
If you have an Account:
- Click ‘My Account’
- Login to our site.
- Click ‘View’ to see your order details.
- Under ‘Order Updates’ you will see the tracking information along with any notes we’ve added.
